It’s Ramen Girl Time!


What you need:

-1 box vegetable broth

-1 package of ramen Japanese noodles

-2 cups of water

– 1/2 small bag stir fry veggie mix

-2 cups of fresh spinach

-1-2 tablespoons of sriracha (optional)


-add box of vegetable broth and 2 cups of water to a large pot. bring to a boil.


-chop broccoli into bite sized trees. set aside.

-add noodles to boiling broth/water mixture. cook noodles until al dente. add veggies.


-turn off heat, stir in sriracha,  cover pot, and let noodles and veggies sit (for about 2-5 minutes) until veggies soften.


-dish up and enjoy!
