I was able to visit my family in Bakersfield over fall break. I had a great time catching up with everyone and wish I could have stayed longer. Sad face. While I was there I was able to participate, for the first time, in one of our family traditions of going to Banducci’s Family Pumpkin Patch .
As you arrive at the gates you are greeted with fall enchantment including pumpkins, scarecrows, and twinkling lights. You are instantly transported into the whimsy of the fall season.
The whimsy doesn’t stop at the gates but continues throughout the grounds, dotting the fence line, wrapping the trees and antique wagons filled with pumpkins.
If pumpkins just aren’t enough for you, you can get lost in a corn maze,
finding success and a souvenir!
Or take photos in front of the gorgeous sunflowers,
Stop in the photo booth for instant memories, or schedule an appointment with NYFotography.
Still not finding your nitch? Then take a moment and walk around the pond taking in the wonderful fall weather.
If ponds and pumpkins are not your thing you may find happiness as you venture over and check out the pig, goats, and peafowl.
Or talk some shop around a shiny tractor.
Once you made your way around the pond, said ‘hay’ to the animals, gotten lost in the corn maze, taken your photo in front of the sunflowers, caught up with your buddies, be sure to load up your pumpkins (be sure they don’t escape!) and head home home for some pumpkin fun!
One thing is guaranteed, no matter if your pumpkin is big or small…
your time at the Banducci’s will bring a smile to your face! If you are in Bakersfield in the fall be sure to put the Banducci’s Family Pumpkin Patch on your itinerary.
