1 package of fresh tortellini pasta
1 cup of fresh spinach
1/8 cup of pine nuts
1/2 tablespoon of truffle olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of garlic olive oil
2 pieces of cook turkey bacon (mine was leftover from our french toast dinner).
salt & pepper to taste
1 large mixing bowl
Cook pasta according to package directions.
While pasta is cooking gather other ingredients. Chopped bacon.
Place all items except oil olive, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
When pasta has finished cooking, drain and add to mixing bowl.
Next, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and salt & pepper to large mixing bowl.
Mix all ingredients until all the pasta is will coated.
