This is such a quick and easy little treat, you have marshmallows (love), Nutella (love), and fun toppings (umm, love).
What you need:
-1 bag of big puffy marshmallows
-1 jar of Nutella (or butter of your choice)
– toppings ( I used mini chocolate morsels, sliced almonds and chopped Andes mint pieces. Found in the baking isle.)
Prep your tray by lining it with a piece of parchment paper. Set aside.
Using a microwave safe, glass bowl, microwave about 1/2 cup of Nutella, in 10 second intervals, stirring each time. Continue until Nutella is smooth.
While Nutella is melting, using a piece of freezer paper, place each topping on the paper.
Roll the marshmallow in the melted Nutella, allowing the excess to drip away.
Roll coated marshmallow in one of the toppings. Place on the parchment lined tray, toppings side on paper. Repeat.
Place tray of dipped marshmallows in the freezer, allowing the Nutella to re-solidify. (about 30 minutes or so).
Remove marshmallows from the freezer, allow them to come to room temp and enjoy.
My favorite was the Andes mint coated marshmallow!
