There is nothing more refreshing than fresh strawberries on a hot summer day. It never fails every time I buy strawberries that they go bad before I can eat them. I can up with this smoothie as a quick and easy way to save my strawberries.
What you need:
1 handful of fresh strawberries (washed, stems removed)
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup of vanilla almond milk
1 small container of strawberry greek yogurt
Place all items in the blender. Blend until smooth. You can add more milk for a thinner smoothie or ice for colder/thicker smoothie.
