Junk in the Trunk Vintage Market 2012

Ashleigh, the Doll, and I  headed out to check out the Junk in the Trunk event at Westworld. We weren’t too sure what to expect having never been. It was pretty amazing, it cost $5 per person to get in and was a little warm but it was well worth it to discover so many fantastic items in one location.

Here are some of our favorite finds.

One lucky guest one this setup below…sadly it was not me or Ash. 😦

These amazing pink chair served as the backdrop for the free photo booth.

Ashleigh really wants a fun little chair for the Doll who LOVES chairs.

Unique art work.

Wouldn’t these be fun for the baby boy? Do they take you back to your childhood???

Notice the Doll’s rosy cheeks? It was a little warm. She was such a little trooper. Isn’t she a cutie?

How fun is this jewelry line by Jokat? It’s all made form books. It was so fun and interesting. Such talent.

I loved the fun colors of this giant pillow. It has such personality.

This would be so fun in the backyard. Grownup whimsy?

Did anyone else’s mom have this set too?

And the Doll is done with the stroller.

This is my little treasure I took home with me. It is still in the testing stage…I may add some chicken wire. I am really enjoying its original wire though.

Are you wishing you would have gone? Don’t feel too bad. The Junk in the Trunk and West Elm will be partnering for one day at Scottsdale Corridor on Saturday, June 29th. And the show will be back November 9th at Westworld. For more information visit Junk in the Trunk’s site.

It was a great Arizona adventure, great idea Ashleigh! Thanks Junk in the Trunk for bringing the vinetage to AZ!
