Phoenix Botanical Gardens and the Butterfly Exhibit

Little Rox and I headed out the to the Botanical Gardens last week to check out the butterflies. The best part was when an innocent little butterfly landed on Roxie’s arm and she burst into tears. After that she was terrified every time a butterfly crossed her path. If you plan to go, I recommend getting there as early as possible. The butterfly exhibit opens at 9:30. The two main reasons for that are 1) it’s getting hot outside and 2) field trips start showing up between 10 and 10:30 and as much as I love children, they have a tendency to scare the butterflies.Phoenix Botanical Gardens ButterflyPhoenix Botanical Gardens ButterflyImagePhoenix Botanical Gardens Butterfly

Roxie and I had a great time and she was dressed perfectly for a little baby in the valley of the sun!
